Applicora is a two-sided AI platform. Job seekers get 9-factor fit analysis on every role, tailored resumes and cover letters, a Co-Pilot that fills out applications, and interview prep. Recruiters get 14-dimension candidate scoring, Kanban pipelines, and automated re-engagement, cutting hiring time dramatically.

Igor Pandurski
Founder & Director, AI & Software Engineering
Igor has 20+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership. He held senior engineering roles at Oracle from 2018 to 2024, where he architected a cloud-native product showcased by Larry Ellison at Oracle CloudWorld 2024. Before Oracle, he directed major integration programs at Thomson Reuters during the 2008 financial crisis and managed software delivery at Accenture.
He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a BS in Engineering. Now he leads GeahSoft, applying that enterprise-grade discipline to help businesses build and ship AI products. Read more on his personal site.
