Igor Pandurski

Principal AI Consultant & Founder

Igor has 20+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership. He held senior engineering roles at Oracle from 2018 to 2024, where he architected a cloud-native product showcased by Larry Ellison at Oracle CloudWorld 2024. Before Oracle, he directed major integration programs at Thomson Reuters during the 2008 financial crisis and managed software delivery at Accenture.

He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a BS in Engineering. Now he leads GeahSoft, applying that enterprise-grade discipline to help businesses build and ship AI products.

President and Operations

Adriana oversees operations and project delivery at GeahSoft. She ensures that every engagement runs smoothly, from initial scoping through final delivery. Her focus on clear communication and structured execution keeps projects on track and clients informed at every stage.
